AES Waste Management (established in 2001, a subsidiary company of Bord na Móna plc since 2007) is Irelands’ leading provider of Waste Management services. As part of the Bord na Móna group of companies we are committed to delivering innovative, environmentally responsible waste management solutions to key business sectors in Ireland.
Our service offer is built on our People, from our Collection Vehicle Drivers and Assistants to our Account Management Representatives to our Call Centre staff, our focus is the customer and delivering on the Customer Promise.
Waste materials are managed through a network of Waste Transfer Centres where recoverable wastes are mechanically separated and recovered, Composting Facilities where organic or biodegradable wastes are treated and Engineered Landfill where residual wastes are safely stored.
We serve over 95,000 homes across Leinster and North Munster, including a growing business in Dublin.

Account managers
Our account managers are experienced and have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of client accounts.
Staff training
We train staff in any new waste management systems, associated plant or machinery installed as part of our customer agreements.
Performance reports
We provide regular reports on how customer accounts are performing. Measurable data includes overall tonnage, recyclable to landfill ratios, frequency of collection, etc.
