Texting:Sign up to our free texting service and we'll text you with service updates such as Bank Holiday collection arrangements and payment reminders when credit on your account is low.

We aim to maximise recycling rates and provide recycling bins as standard across all our service areas. Our objective is to divert 80% of our waste from landfill by 2014. We have introduced organic bins and glass bins across many areas to help us meet this target.
