Automated Payment System

We have just launched our new automated payment system. You can now check the balance on your AES account and top up your credit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call 1850 650 655 and use the key pad on your phone to avail of the balance enquiry or bill payment options. You will need your 8 digit AES Account and 4 digit Personal Access Code when paying using our automated payment system. Contact us or phone us on 1850 650 655 to receive an email reminder of your Personal Access Code.

Payment Cards

On request AES will send you a combined Billpay/Payzone card which can be used to top up your AES account in An Post, Paypoint and Payzone outlets nationwide. To order a payment card, please complete the Request a Card form and submit to us.

Cheque / Bank Draft / Postal Order

Cheque/Bank Draft/Postal Order: Please make your cheque, bank draft or postal order payable to AES and send to your local AES office. Please ensure that you include your AES Account Number with the payment to ensure correct payment allocation.

Find your nearest AES office. Please do not post cash.
