Direct Debit

How do I sign up to Direct Debit?

To sign up to Direct Debit with Bord na Móna Recycling simply download and fill in our Direct Debit Mandate and post it to:

How do I change my Direct Debit details?

To change your Direct Debit details simply fill in a new Direct Debit Mandate form with your correct details and post it to:

When does my Direct Debit come out of my bank account?

Your Direct Debit comes out of your account on the 15th day of each month. If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend, the Direct Debit will come out of your account on the next working day after that date.

Unfortunately due to administration purposes, this date cannot be changed.

Where do I find my BIC & my IBAN?

Your BIC & IBAN can be found on your bank statement. You may also request this information from your bank.

My Account Online

How can I register for My Account Online?

Registering for My Account Online couldn’t be easier.

Simply have your account number, surname, and mobile number as it appears on your bill, and follow the steps to register today

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, please click here and follow instructions.

If you are not registered for My Account Online you can sign up now.

Can I update my mobile number or email address online?

My Account Online is the easiest way for you to change your contact details. Just log in and your details can be changed in the Personal Details tab.

How do I view my collection calendar?

Log in to your “My Account”

To view your collection calendar go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on “My Account”. Then click “calendar” and this page will appear. You can view your collections by month.

If you are not registered for My Account Online you can sign up now.

To view your calendar in a printable form click here, enter your account number to the box and click search. Then click “Download Collection Calendar”.

How do I view my service summary?

Log in to your “My Account”

To view your service summary go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on “My Account”. Then click on “Service Summary” and this page will appear.

How do I see my collection history?

Log in to your “My Account”

To view your collection history go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on “My account”. Then click on “Collection History” and this page will appear. 

You can filter these by date at the top of the page to both view and download them.

How do I change my personal/contact details?

Log in to your “My Account”

To change your personal or contact details go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on “My account”. Then click on “My Details” and this page will appear. 

Click on the edit button on the top right of this page, here you can edit your phone number and email address. Then click ok to save the changes.

How do I pay a bill / invoice?

Log in to your “My Account”

To pay a bill invoice go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click on “My account”. Then click on “Transaction History” and this page will appear. 

Scroll down to the line that says “Remaining balance to pay” and tick the box in the Pay column.

Then scroll down to the bottom of the page where the balance due appears and click the  “Pay Selected Invoice(s)” button. This is where you fill in your card details and click “PAY NOW”.

How do I top up your account?

Log in to your “My Account”

On the Home page of your account there is a column that says “Quick Payment” this is where you can top up your account. You will see your balance and you can fill in the amount you wish to top up by in the box underneath. 

Click the “Pay Now” button and click the “Ok” button on the Confirm Payment popup page that appears.

Please note the minimum amount you can top up your account by is €10 and the maximum amount you can top up your account by at one time is €100.

What payment methods are accepted?

Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted when topping up your account or paying an invoice.

Where can I find my account number?

You can view your account number on your payment request in the transactions section of the pdf. If you have any issues feel free to contact our customer service team by emailing info@bnmrecycling.ie or by calling 045 580060.

Why should I sign up to my account online?

My account is an easy way for you to top up your account and make payments on outstanding invoices. 

You can also view your collection calendar to see when each bin will be collected and have a look at your collection history in case you have any queries.

Automated Payment Service

How do I pay using the automated payment service?

You can pay your bill by dialing 045 580060 and following instructions (Press option one). Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I get my account balance?

Checking your account balance couldn’t be easier. Simply dial our automated service on 045 580060 and follow instructions (Press option one). Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where can I find my account number?

For Paperless Billing: Your account number can be found by downloading the pdf in transaction history on your My Account Online or in your welcome email. 

For Paper Billing: Your account number can be found on the top of your last bill.

 

Your account number will be located on the top right hand corner of your bill.

Payment Cards

Can I order a payment card?

If you require a payment card, please fill in the request a card form and click send. Your card will arrive in the post within 10-14 working days.

Please note, if you have lost your payment card there is a €5 replacement fee.












    I’ve lost my payment card; can I order a new one?

    There is a €5 charge for a replacement card. If you wish to order a replacement, please fill out the Request a Payment Card form below and click send. Your Payment Card will be with you within 10-14 working days.












      Where can I use my payment card?

      Your payment card can be used at any shop where you see the Payzone sign and any local An Post. Click here for a full list of Payzone outlets.

      Paying at a local Payzone point will update your account instantly.

      However, using An Post or Post Point may take up to 3 working days to update your account.
