Winner to be notified within 28 days of competition closing date.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, and will only be issued to the account holder, i.e. the named person on the account.
Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner’s name, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media online or offline without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na may require e.g. issuing photographic material/images of prize winner.
Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na or any of the Bord na Móna companies does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking and use of a prize. Nor will Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na and any Bord na Móna companies have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na competition or any of the prizes rewarded.
Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na competitions are not open to staff of AES/Bord na M?na (be they employees or contractors) or their immediate family members.
Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na’s decision in relation to selection of prize winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of Bord na Mona Recycling Bord na M?na will be final.
Participation in Bord na Mona Recycling competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
