Derek is responsible for the overall management of commercial business at AES. He has been involved with AES since 2004 and has worked closely with customers to build AES into a highly successful, customer-focused business. Derek has a DIP in Business Management from the Irish Management Institute.

Paul O'Brien – National Accounts & Business Development Manager

Paul O'Brien has over 10 years experience in the waste industry and is National Accounts Manager for AES’s largest corporate customers. Paul is responsible for the management and day to day running of the key accounts in the group.

Robert joined AES in its infancy and is responsible for AES’s larger customers. Robert has a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Masters in Marketing Management from Smurfit School of Business.

Paul is based in AES Navan and plays a significant role in expanding AES business into Meath, Louth and the North Dublin Regions.
